Its not long till our diamond show, a couple of years, but it will be here quicker than we realise. After the AGM in November , a few of us discussed ways of raising funds, and this one was my idea, so I thought I would give it a go. One way to raise funds is to partner with Amazon, Argos and a few other companies like pet Planet. If you buy books, or music from Amazon, and I know many of you do, then if you click our link in the right margin on the home page , and then buy from amazon, we get 5% of the purchase price in commission. It does not cost you extra, and you still benefit from all the discounts Amazon provides, we just get credit for directing you there! We have raised a few pounds last year to cover the cost of the website hosting etc, and this year is already looking good. We have around £20 commisison from a few orders. So remember us when you need to buy from Amazon. You can also buy from our amazon shop, where we get better commission! Thanks for your help in this. Richard. |
